Is this position for you?
This position could be for you if you are passionate about serving others and ending the cycle of poverty, you have a high level of integrity and refuse to cut corners/play favorites, you have previous NGO experience, you have experience in leading trainings, you are detail oriented and organized, you are a natural leader, you take initiative to solve problems, you love community relations, you have some interest in graphics/content and copy writing (and are willing to learn/be resourceful), you are self-led and don’t need someone micro-managing your tasks. If you have any interest/experience in entrepreneurship that is also a plus!

Please DO NOT apply for this position if you have less than 3 years of NGO/leadership experience, you do not like working alone (although this is a leadership position, this position will work alone 70% of the time).
