Rental Details:

When should I fill out this form for my event? We require at least 30 days notice for a rental to be approved.

What is the training centre best used for? Our training centre is great for groups under 30 wanting to do workshops, listen to speakers, or engage in trainings. It is a great space for group interactions, note taking or a comfortable afternoon listening to your favorite guest speakers.

What is the conference room best used for? Our conference room is most suited for small group meetings. Executive teams, bank managers, NGO leaders, collaborations between partners, whatever the need this is an excellent space for your next meeting with eight people or less.

What is the pricing? We rent these spaces by the hour. Prices are based on a sliding scale for NGOs depending upon dates, availability, budget, organisation size, number of attendees, price for event tickets, and needs for the event.

Can I use the space for free? As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on this income as a source of revenue to keep our programs up and running. However, in some situations we consider requests from NGOs with aligned mission. Please feel free to fill out the form and we will assess your event and get back to you.

Can I bring decorations? Please know that if you need decorations, you cannot nail, pin, tape or glue anything to the walls. You may bring decor that can stand on its own.

What do you provide? We provide cleaning before and after your event. We provide chairs and tables to fit roughly 30 people in our training centre and eight in our conference room. There is media and tech available as well. If agreed upon, we can also coordinate food and beverages within your price. If you need tech assistance, please let us know. We provide air con and security for this space as well.

Can I rent the space without seeing it first? We recommend you schedule a quick tour first so you know it is the right fit for you.

Can we have a photographer come? Yes! Tag us in you social media #theleaderteamafrica.

What happens if my program starts late and ends late? We have tightly scheduled times for our rooms so if you think your attendees will be late you must schedule that into your rental time. If your program runs later than scheduled you will be charged for the extra time even if you start late. Please schedule your time accurately.
