Arome Omachoko.

Omachoko Arome is a passionate program manager who believes that every Nigerian deserves the opportunity to live a better life. His work centers on education, community development, and social impact, helping individuals and systems function more effectively for those who need them most. Guided by empathy and purpose, he brings people together to design solutions that create lasting change in communities across Nigeria.

Before joining The Leaders Team, Arome served as a Fellow and later as a Marketing and Communications Officer at Teach For Nigeria, where he supported children in underserved communities to achieve both academic and non-academic growth. He collaborated with local stakeholders to design and implement impactful community projects that earned multiple recognitions and led content development for newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns that amplified the organization’s mission.

At Solve Education Foundation, he helped over 30,000 students learn through edbot.ai monthly and managed the organization’s multi-million-dollar grant programs, including disbursement, monitoring, and reporting. As the State Program and Community Manager for 3MTT Nigeria, he led a thriving community of more than 3,000 tech enthusiasts, managed 181 Applied Learning Centres nationwide, and coordinated strategic partnerships involving public and private sector stakeholders.

Arome also served as an Outreach Coordinator at Jed Child Trust Foundation, where he recruited, trained, and managed teams of volunteers across several states. He later joined the Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four in the United States, where he provided career services and mentorship to students in Memphis and Tennessee. Through these roles, he has collaborated with teams across Asia, America, and Africa, demonstrating humility, teamwork, and cultural adaptability.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Professional Diploma in Education, and an MBA in Marketing (in view).  Known for going above and beyond his line of duty, Arome thrives on building people, projects, and ideas that drive impact. Passionate about ending multi-dimensional poverty, he believes that transformation begins with planning and collective effort. He is married to Faith and blessed with two sets of twins - Jeremiah, Jemimah, Jesse, and Jewel.
