SHINE Network

The SHINE Network is a growing national movement built on a foundational conviction: that Nigeria's transformation begins with the transformation of people. The SHINE Principles are clear and non-negotiable - Serve Others. Honour God. Improve Continually. Navigate by Values. Excel in Relationship. Anyone who takes the SHINE Pledge joins the movement immediately.

To embed these values at the earliest stage, we are establishing SHINE Clubs in universities and higher institutions across Nigeria, alongside community-based clubs designed to consolidate the movement at the grassroots level.

Our target is ambitious and deliberate: a minimum of 50,000 Nigerians choosing to live and work by the SHINE Principles by 2030 - in their businesses, their institutions, their communities, and their homes.

To date, more than 1,000 people have attended a SHINE Conference or signed the SHINE Pledge. The movement is gaining ground. The moment to act is now. To join the SHINE Network.
