Business Accelerator

The Business Accelerator is a three-year program reserved exclusively for graduates of the Mentorship Program - entrepreneurs who have already demonstrated integrity, resilience, and a clear commitment to growth. Three times annually, participants convene for immersive two-day Labs, where they receive coaching, engage deeply with the principles of Redemptive Entrepreneurship, and develop personal disciplines through what we call The Rule of Life - a framework that anchors character as firmly as strategy.

Six months into the program, each entrepreneur receives a personalized zero-interest loan application - a direct pathway to the capital their business needs to scale. Every application is evaluated with care: our staff visit each business, meet with the entrepreneur in person, and jointly determine the most strategic next step.

Our standard is high because our investment in these entrepreneurs is deep. We know their character. We trust their vision. Our goal is unambiguous: by the end of three years, each entrepreneur will employ a minimum of three living-wage workers - creating a measurable ripple of economic dignity that extends far beyond a single business.

Accelerator participants are also required to complete a social impact project annually, embedding a culture of contribution and civic responsibility into their growth journey.

Currently in 2026, 20 businesses are enrolled in the Accelerator - each one being developed with intention and expectations.

In 2027, we will be accepting up to 10 graduates (2021-2025 grads) to join the current group of 20. If you are a graduate of the 2026 year, you will spend this next year growing your business and be able to apply for the 2028 cohort.
