Jennifer Oliko is a Program Assistant at The Leader Team who believes in the power of good systems and strong relationships to help people grow. Her work centers on the planning, coordination, and execution of programs focused on leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, helping initiatives run smoothly for the people they serve.

Before joining The Leader Team, Jennifer worked in program management, supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and development-focused initiatives through accelerator, mentorship, and capacity-building programs. She brings experience in program and project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative operations.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA.
