It was developed by Kris Denbesten, Chairman of a thriving equipment company - Vemeer SE in the USA. He shares how this vision was gotten from the Bible in Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven”. He believes that the SHINE Principles has not only helped them succeed better in business, it has also helped his company do business with a different mindset, creating a better and more lasting impact. Kris was also one of the speakers at the SHINE Conference, along side the new CEO of their company Scott Coley.
